Re: World 7 or 8?

Small world surely, but still world 7 for me. Also Screech's Sprint was such a hard level that i think it can be considered as two or three levels in the form of one.

Re: Dreaming about DKC

Funny, my first post is about a dream I had last night! Anyway, last night I dreamt I was browsing the interwebz when I was emailed a link to a website that claimed to sell bananas. Upon arrival, i found that they were not selling bananas, but tickets to see Dream Theater and Opeth (metal bands) pe...

Re: favourite animal buddy of the DKC saga

Despite my username i voted for Enguarde. Swordfish is one of my favorite animals anyway, so i could only like Enguarde. He's after all the only animal buddy you can actually play in all 3 games. On a sidenote, Rambi should have been in DKC3. Replacing Rambi with Ellie was a big mistake for me.

Re: Strange Banana

Good observation! Not silly at all, i played the level again today and you seem to be right, the zinger flies to the right till it reaches the banana and the then head backwards. It could be the explanation.

Re: What's The True Realtionship Between Cranky And DK?

I always thought that Cranky is Donkey Kong's father. For me the question was if Diddy had any relation with Cranky and DK.

Strange Banana

Does anybody know why there was that lonesome banana in Screech's Sprint? It's a little after the start of the level, after you pass the four Klingers, just below the brambles. When i first played the game, many years ago, i was almost certain that there was something there, a bonus or a blue balloo...

Re: What did you like best about DKC3?

I agree with you, the water depiction was really good, i enjoyed most of the underwater levels in the game. My only objection is the gloomy music theme. In my opinion, they should have selected a more jolly theme for these levels.

Re: What did you like best about DKC3?

Despite the fact that DKC3 is my least favorite game of the trilogy, I have to agree with MadcapTech, the variety of the worlds and levels was a very good element. Other things i particularly liked: all the dock levels, the music in cliff levels, competing with Cranky in Swanky's Tent, the clever co...

Re: Favorite boss from non DKC related game

Andross from Lylat Wars. ''If I go down, I'm taking you with me!''. Frightening and intimidating, just like a real boss should be

Re: Least Favorite Boss?

King Zing. Such a hard and annoying (annoyed also!) boss i'm afraid. My tactic is to hide inside the cave you start and attack him from there. You are more protected this way. Anyhow, besides King K. Rool he's the most difficult boss, at least for me.

Re: Best World On DKC3

No love for Cotton-Top Cove? I'm impressed. Kreeping Klasps and Fish Food Frenzy are among my favorite levels in DKC3, plus the waterfall levels in this world aren't bad at all.

Re: What's the most annoying level in DKC2?

Toxic Tower all the way. I got stuck there for almost 3 months! Of course that was mainly because the first time i played the game my english were really poor and i didn't know how to save my progress. I had to start all over from Krazy Kremland, there was my last accidental save. Those were the day...

Re: Your favorite level in DKC2?

Rattle Battle for me. I've always liked the ship deck levels and additionaly i love the music in that one. It's a real joy to play the level, mainly because of the music.
