I think I just found something new but I'm not sure....


While I was using the DKCRE I found a strange sprite that I have never seen before.

A blue crocodile head, like the ones on the map.

EDIT: I just found more sprites that I have never seen.
EDIT #2: I Haven't played DKC in a while and some of these sprites might just be some that haven't seen in a while.

Ya sure give me a while because I am busy right now.

Many of those do appear in-game, most 'unused' sprites you showed have already been pointed out in Mattrizzle's unused sprites topic and Simion's DKCRE topic, etc. Everything else is just palette swapping, by the looks of it.

Thanks for the report and all, but next time you'd be well advised to have a look at what's already here before starting new topics.

Oh, sorry about the in-game ones, I haven't played DKC in a while. I'm thinking of playing it some time today.

How embarassing , I don't think I've seen that Diddy Sitting ( a little rhyme lol ) sprite before, I can't really see the sprites really good though.

Question : At the "Ima generatin' a gnawty" barrels..I knew you could blow them up with TNT, but do they look half-destroyed after-wards? I thought they just fell off the screen.

You can't see the sprites well because photobucket shrunk the size of the picture.

I got up to K. Rool in about.... I think 5 hours? I don't know off the top of my head. I noticed most of the in game sprites.
