I don't really know what to say about this. All I'm thinking is how inevitable something like this was. Maybe the "New World Order" conspiracy wasn't as stupid as we all thought (well, I though it was pretty weak).

Could they be working on a universal currency as well? Maybe this is a sign of the end times.

That doesn't matter, because placing taxes on internet communications means they can hike taxes to hell and force people off the internet by taxing users to death, thereby effectively shutting down all activity. It's like SOPA, but worse. You'd be forced offline EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T POST INFRINGING MATERIAL. Can anyone say fascism? Censorship of Free Speech, perhaps?

Also, Avazz says "the talks are now going to enter a 15th round of negotiations next year" so it's not completely happened yet.

And holy **** it has been in the pipeline for that long before being exposed? What the hell else have they been doing in secret behind our backs?

I've known for years that most people don't care about others, and this is proof. I've particularly felt that in the past two years. I really hate how the world is ruined by corporations (I look at that word in a negative light nowadays), not real humans. Seriously, some people already have lots of money while a large percentage of people have very little -- how much more money could they possibly need?! I signed this petition. Thankfully, it's receiving signatures quickly enough (about one per two seconds!) that it should easily reach a million within 8-9 days from now, assuming it doesn't trickle off by then.
