Someone stole from me.

markstergames.webs.com, this kid is pretending to be me and he's actually making money off of my logo and character, what should I do about it?

Write to him. I had several problems with copyright. If he'll say "no", try to contact to webs.com. http://www.webs.com/help-and-contact

The website has been taken down, as it turns out it was created by a 10 year old, the mother took down the website.

I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved so quickly.
