JRs in DKC2?

I found this glitch in chainlink chamber and screech's sprint that was crazy. It appeared to be a JR! I don't believe it! I'm putting some more research into that and some other glitches I've found recently. Video soon. :parry:

Bouncing off an enemy, while it spins you, does not count as a jumproll :P

I’m posting screenshots soon. It was weirder than that. I didn’t experiment with it, but it was Diddy jump rolling downwards. Also, soft locking the chain link wrong warp and firing into a wall causes a similar effect. But I can maneuver like a jumproll until I hit a wall. Then you fall. And the cannon you can’t interact with at all. :parry:

And you can steer! In screech's sprint, I didn't try to adjust it. I was just so shocked.

Not gonna lie... honestly, those just look like bounces from still pictures. Can't wait for the clips!

Ok. The screeches one is just a prolonged bounce. In most other stages the Kong lands. This is just normal animation, no glitches here. Chain link is a minor glitch. The only thing happening there is the bonus is not taking you anywhere, so the shooting animation continues until you land. You can move left and right because you can after a normal shot. Think of Gusty Glade (is that it? idfk dkc2 stages)

got it. tossing right soft locked the game by firing into the sky. firing into the wall caused that. im going to experiment with it more. what's in gusty glade? thanks for everything! :parry:
