To be fair, they all have their advantages and disadvantages. The SNES version is sublime when it comes to graphics and sound. The GBA version is best at including extra/beta features. The GBC version has 1 & 1/2 more stages than the previous two. It all depends on the person and their preference, when you get right down to it.
EDIT: The thing is that the GBC version is not all that bad, too. You see, back when it was released, it was actually very advanced for a GBC game. So, if it were to judge it like that, all three would technically be outdated today.
