I predict that we will see a good deal about Zelda, and Pikmin 3, but most of the show will be devoted to the 3DS (which might be renamed).
The 3DS's hardware will very likely have hardware comparable to the Wii itself. It also has a joystick and the top screen is a wide screen. They will show off an Animal Crossing game on it. Aside from the 3DS, we'll see Wii Party, some useless Wii Vitality Sensor game, the Conduit 2, and probably some past franchise we've not seen in a while. Kid Icarus, Starfox, Kirby, DK, F-zero, anyone of them could happen. Also, there will be a new Wii Menu update that adds a little more practical functionality to the dated Menu, including Flash support for the Wii Browser. Oh, and they will be showing a Rainbow of different colored Wii's, which you'll be able to buy before September. Green, Red, Blue, Pink, whatever floats your boat. Of course, different colored Wii motes/Nunchucks/Motion+ are a given if this scenario comes true.
As for Microsoft, I'm sure almost all of there show will be devoted to Natal (which I predict will be renamed to something else like Wave), and I'm predicting that Rare will show off 2 Natal titles. One will probably be a sort of 3 dimensional social networking space using the Avatars ala PSHome, and the other will be a sports or Olympic related game. Microsoft will also have Hulu for 360 as well as something regarding ESPN (which will have some big sports star on stage to unveil this), and perhaps some surprise like some on demand TV service or something. Also, Gears of War 3, Fable 3, and I highly doubt there will be a Slim 360. Oh, and Microsoft will probably have a Rock Band 3 demonstration with all 7 playing parts, but with a song that focuses on the Keyboard.
For Sony, I predict will we see equal parts Sony Move, 3D games, and mega sequels. First of all, there will be a good portion of time devoted to brand new Move specific titles. But unlike Microsoft's Natal they will also be giving full Move support to a great number of core games. Socom 4 already says they'll have both Move and Dualshock support, and I'm predicting that most if not all of their core first party titles will do the same. Killzone 3 is already confirmed for this fall and it'll be in 3D, but I'm thinking that most if not all the core first party titles they show will be in 3D too as a big surprise. We'll see Little Big Planet 2, Resistance 3 (I'm guessing a spring release date), and Infamous 2 that we know of, but what we don't know yet will be a new Ratchet and Clank, and Uncharted 3. Or, instead of Uncharted 3, I won't be surprised if Naughty Dog unveils a new IP, possibly a platformer. But aside from this we will almost certainly see whatever Sony has to answer to the 3DS. The successor to the PSP will definitely be there albeit in a very prototype-y form ala last year's Move unveiling.
So that's my predictions. Don't be surprised if most if not all of them come true, I did predict Project Natal years before it was unveiled.
